Six core services, one team
You decide what we take on for you: single services or the whole lifecycle, from staging to remarketing.
Staging and rollout
You choose freely what we take on. We register your devices in Intune, deploy your dedicated image before delivery and apply the BIOS settings you specify. On request we also handle labelling.

Data erasure
We erase every data carrier with Blancco, by default to NIST SP 800-88. What cannot be erased, we destroy physically.

Do you need more hands for your project or your support team? We support you with rollout technicians, floorwalkers and staging specialists, security-vetted and bound by a signed non-disclosure agreement.

One device, six stations
Follow a laptop on its journey: scroll or click through the stations. Every station produces proof for you.

We come to you, record and pack every device on site and give it a barcode ID. Serial number, inventory number and model go to our system in encrypted form.

Your box carries a seal with a barcode. Two of our employees take it straight to Dottikon, without a stop. The transport is insured.

During the goods receipt inspection we check the seal and compare the data with the capture on site. On request the device stays in quarantine until you release it.

By default, Blancco erases the data carrier to NIST SP 800-88. If it cannot be erased, we remove it and destroy it physically. We are happy to apply a different erasure method on request.

Blancco already runs all function tests during data erasure. We add a visual inspection, clean the device and remove all stickers as part of anonymisation. Then we grade its condition from A to D.

Your device goes into resale. You receive a final report (audit report) with all information on every device and the buyback prices. You also get the erasure certificates, packing lists and further records.

From collection to erasure, your devices stay with our employees and at our site. You receive proof for every step.
Own fleet
Our own vehicles and employees bring your devices to us. At least two people per trip, GPS tracking, trip log on request.
Sealed boxes
Every box carries a seal with a barcode. On receipt we check seal and contents.
Erasure to NIST SP 800-88
With Blancco, by default to NIST SP 800-88. You receive one certificate per data carrier, and we archive the logs in an audit-proof way.
Physical destruction
We destroy defective data carriers to ISO/IEC 21964 and document the serial number.
Vetted staff
Our employees are security-vetted and sign a non-disclosure agreement before their first day.

For regular lifecycle activities or at project start, we are happy to provide you with a service portal (SSP). You order devices, see warehouse and inventory, track every serial number, register returns and download certificates and reports. The portal is already in productive use.

We sell the A-grade devices we buy back through Auctionline. Before every resale we erase the data with a certificate, test the device and grade its condition. We are also represented on Galaxus and MediaMarkt. Thanks to our high B2C sales in Switzerland, we guarantee you unbeatable buyback prices.
