From the box to the workplace
We take on the steps you wish for, up to the whole rollout including project management. Staging runs in areas that you define, with an electronic access system. On site our floorwalkers scan the old and the new device with a handheld scanner.
Autopilot pre-provisioning
We register the hardware hash and run the pre-provisioning. The device joins Entra ID and receives its configuration from Intune.
Bare metal, rack and deployment server
We set up devices without an operating system with OSD Cloud. Every staging cage has its own rack and, if needed, its own internet line. You can install your own deployment server in it, or we use our server with your customer image.
Staging cages and protected areas
Every cage has its own network with 1 Gbit/s symmetric for up to 80 devices in parallel. You define the area, an electronic access system controls who enters.
Image, BIOS and labelling
We deploy your dedicated image before delivery and set the BIOS settings you specify. On request we also handle the labelling of the devices.
Rollout at the workplace
Our floorwalkers scan the old and the new device with a handheld scanner. Rollouts follow your schedule, including evenings, nights and weekends.
Unpacking service in Dottikon
We unpack new devices in Dottikon and, on request, deliver them in reusable transport and rollout boxes. We dispose of the packaging material properly, recycling it by material type or reusing it. You do not have to deal with it.

Define the scope
You choose freely which services we take on, up to the whole rollout. On request we take over project management.
Prepare the devices
We unpack the devices and register them in Intune. In the staging cages, pre-provisioning, image and BIOS settings follow, on request also labelling.
Deliver
We deliver the devices, on request unpacked in reusable transport and rollout boxes.
Swap on site
Our floorwalkers bring the new device to the workplace. They scan the old and the new device with a handheld scanner.
Take back old devices
We take your old devices with us to Dottikon, for data erasure and remarketing.

When do rollouts on site take place?
Whenever it suits you. We are flexible, including evening, night and weekend rollouts.
