One portal for the lifecycle
The SSP shows every device from order to remarketing. You see status, stock and warranty cases in one place. The portal is already in productive use.
Service PortalOrdering, warehouse, warranty
You order devices, see warehouse and inventory and log warranty cases. Serial number and inventory number are linked.
Lifecycle in ten statuses
The history documents each device’s path in ten statuses. This tells you where a device stands right now.
Returns and remarketing
You register returns in the portal. The residual value statement appears in reporting.
Reports with export
Packing list, erasure certificates, destruction records, audit report and residual value statement are ready. You export as PDF, CSV or Excel.
Open interfaces
The SSP offers a REST API as well as cXML, CSV and XML. You use them to connect it to your own systems.
Roles and tenants
Roles and approvals control who performs which action. The portal supports multiple tenants.

Development and administration of service portals fall within the scope of our ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
