The chain starts with you
Our staff pack, record and seal your devices on your premises. You sign off the packing list and receipt before any device leaves the building. Then our own fleet takes everything straight to Dottikon.
Packing on site
We bring the packing material and pack your devices ourselves. We use reusable boxes in three sizes.
A barcode for every device
Every device gets a barcode ID. The scanner records serial number, inventory number, manufacturer, model and type.
Encrypted transfer
We transfer the capture data to Dottikon in encrypted form. On receipt we use it for comparison.
Sealed boxes
We close every box with a security lock or seal. A tamper-proof seal with a barcode goes on top.
Own, insured fleet
We drive only our own insured vehicles, with at least two staff. We increasingly use electric vehicles.
GPS without stopovers
We track every trip by GPS and drive to Dottikon without a stopover. You receive trip logs on request.
From order to receipt
Place the order
You send the order to tpa@swisssolutiongroup.com or through the web form.
Record on site
We pack the devices, assign barcode IDs and scan all device data.
Seal and sign off
We seal the boxes and fit tamper-proof seals. You sign off the packing list and receipt.
Transport directly
Our vehicles drive to Dottikon with GPS tracking and without a stopover.
Check receipt
We check the seals and match every scan against the capture on site.
Store securely
The devices stay in the secured area. On request they remain in quarantine until you release them.
Proof for every trip
You can document every leg between your site and Dottikon.
Signed-off packing list
You sign off the packing list and receipt on site.
Seal with barcode
A tamper-proof seal with a barcode closes every box.
Trip log
On request you receive the log of the trip.
Final report
You receive an audit report with all information on every device.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum quantity?
No, you can also entrust us with small quantities. We take back devices without a minimum quantity, including devices you bought elsewhere.
How do we place a collection order?

Do we have to pack the devices ourselves?
No, we are glad to do that. We pack on site and bring the packaging material with us.
Which boxes do you use?
We use reusable boxes of 1'200 × 800 mm and 800 × 600 mm. For small quantities there is a portable box for up to eight devices.
Do you use external transport companies?
No. We drive only with our own insured fleet and at least two staff per trip.
How do you check whether anything is missing in transit?
Every box carries a seal with a barcode. On receipt we check the seals and match every scan against the capture on site.
