Erased and documented
We erase every data carrier for you with Blancco, by default to NIST SP 800-88. What cannot be erased, we destroy physically and document per device.

Erasure with a record
Your old devices arrive sealed in Dottikon. There we usually erase them within three days with Blancco. Every erasure ends with a certificate for you, which we archive in an audit-proof way.
Blancco to NIST
We erase with Blancco, where we are an ITAD Silver Partner. The standard is NIST SP 800-88, on request DoD 5220.22-M.
Certificate per data carrier
You receive an erasure certificate for every device and every data carrier. On request we add an Excel overview.
Physical destruction
We remove data carriers that cannot be erased, assign them to the original device and destroy them physically to ISO/IEC 21964. For flash memory we deliberately destroy the NAND chips mechanically.
How the erasure works
Collect under seal
We pack your devices on site in sealed boxes. Our own fleet drives to Dottikon without a stop.
Check receipt
We check the seals and match every scan against the capture on site.
Erase with Blancco
We usually erase within three days. Blancco also runs all function tests, for example for battery, data carrier and RAM.
Destroy if needed
We remove data carriers that cannot be erased and destroy them physically to ISO/IEC 21964.
Receive proof
You receive the erasure certificates and destruction records. The erasure certificate is usually available within five working days.
Documented and auditable
Every step leaves proof that you can check.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
The scope of our ISMS covers data erasure.
Blancco Silver Partner
We work with Blancco as an ITAD Silver Partner.
Audit-proof archiving
We archive all erasure logs in an audit-proof way.
