From collection to proof
Your device with data is protected with us along its whole journey. Fixed rules and proof apply to every stage. Axe Register has certified our management system to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, SV Certification to ISO/IEC 27001.
Secured building
Access control and an alarm system secure the Dottikon site, and cameras monitor it around the clock. Customer-defined staging areas have an electronic access system.
Vetted staff
Our employees are security-vetted and sign a confidentiality agreement before work starts. We train them regularly.
Sealed transport
We drive our own fleet with at least two staff, GPS tracking and no stopovers. Every box carries a seal with a barcode.
Certified erasure
We erase with Blancco by default to NIST SP 800-88 and issue you one certificate per data carrier. We destroy data carriers that cannot be erased to ISO/IEC 21964.
Certified management system
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 cover logistics, refurbishment, installation and sales. ISO/IEC 27001 also covers data erasure and service portals.
Protected service portal
We host the portal in Switzerland, with SSO or local accounts with MFA, roles and approvals. It has been externally reviewed.
